-The campaign is gonna start out small, you all being fledgling adventurers. Going around clearing bandits and goblins out of caves and abandoned ruins and that kind of schtick, though I hope to have a variety of stuff for you to do. But eventually, you will be thrust into the limelight as it were, with bigger happenings, as mentioned earlier, with themes of ancient evils, kingdom rulership and an eventual world shattering event.
-Bloodline usurpation will not work quite the same as the rules on the website indicate, I will be increasing your bloodline scores in other ways and I want to make use of a bit more scions than the base assumes, so I don’t want you guys’ scores rocketing skyward.
-I have an attitude of “anything you can do, I can do better”, as far as game mechanics go. So don’t go trying to break my game, it won’t end well for you. In addition, there are going to be occasional things that NPCs will do, that you as PCs will not be able to do. Whether you explain it away in-game as destiny or some strange blood ability, or you explain it out-of-game as a plot effect or me being mean, just deal with it I’m not trying to screw you guys over.
-I have stopped using Experience, in favor of just leveling you guys up every couple of sessions. So far it has been about every three session but that may be slowing down to every four sessions.
-Also, I will probably update these notes as the campaign goes on. Putting in writing any ruling made at the table, or just other things I may have forgotten or think may come up if I don’t address them.
